convenient hub

handy location on-site bar welcome feature

the hotel's location near the main bus terminal proved very useful. i easily moved throughout the city (i could reach everything quickly). the on-site bar with its taco options was a nice touch after a day of exploring. the room had air conditioning, a welcome feature given the warm weather (temperatures outside were quite high).

train station egg chair big windows

the location is close to the train station , made it easy to commute i liked the little egg chair in the room it was a fun addition the big windows provided ample light.

the hotel lacks coffee in the room

the staff was helpful printing train tickets when needed they provided a complimentary water carafe upon request i found this service efficient and accommodating to my needs.

breakfast was good and had many options available i enjoyed the variety of foods offered there was a stylish atmosphere where i ate my breakfast each morning of my stay.

adequate but underwhelming experience

missing amenities infrequent cleaning

the location near the train station was acceptable for my travel needs. it provided easy access to transportation.

the room lacked basic amenities i expect at this price point. there was no kettle or coffee maker in the room and getting hot water required a trip to the lobby. the room cleaning was not done daily this was unexpected for a hotel of this class.

the location was near the train station. it was acceptable.

The night guard screamed at me for refilling water. His behaviour was hostile. it felt unsafe and disrespectful. the whole situation was very unnecessary.

friendly staff train station proximity missing kettle expensive breakfast

the staff was quite friendly. i appreciated the proximity to the train station , it made travel simple.

the room lacked basic amenities , there was no kettle. the breakfast cost seemed excessive , especially considering the buffet style.
